Description

The MPC22161-120 is a two-phase, non-isolated, high-efficiency step-down power block.

The MPC22161-120 has separate outputs. Two independent phases can be paralleled to achieve up to 120A (60A/phase) of continuous output current across a wide input voltage range.

The MPC22161-120 offers many features to simplify system design, and it works with controllers that have a tri-state PWM signal. The device also provides an accurate current sense to monitor the inductor current, and a temperature sense to report the junction temperature.

The MPC22161-120 is available in an LGA (9mmx10mmx7.65mm) package.
