MPS has a full featuredFailure Analysis Lab. If a customer determines that a MPS product does not conform to contracted requirements, the customer can return the product to MPS for failure analysis. MPS will provide a comprehensive and timely response which will address the cause for non-conformance and the corrective action to prevent future recurrence;
To return a shipment for failure analysis and / or credit, please contact your MPS Sales Representative for your account. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with a FA# , aFA Form, and the proper shipping address, and routing instructions to our Failure Analysis Lab.
